1. About Blåtand AB
The company is based in Stöde. The company's mailing address is Stödevägen 80, 86441 Stöde.

2. Order

Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing and shipping address.

If something is wrong with the order confirmation, please contact us immediately by e-mail to info@blatand.se.

 

3. Delivery

Our regular delivery times are 1-5 work days. NOTE! Orders made on weekends will be sent no earlier than Monday.

If delays in delivery should occur (without having notified you of delayed delivery time) please contact us at info@blatand.se.

4. Price

All prices in the shop are based on SEK. For customers trading from a country other than Sweden, the price is converted according to the current exchange rate. All prices include 12% VAT.

We reserve ourselves for price changes due to price change from supplier, price prints in the price list, and price errors due to incorrect information and reserves the right to adjust the price.

 

5. Withdrawal

When purchasing products on the site, you as a customer have a 14-day right of withdrawal valid from when you receive the product that you have ordered.

5.1 In case of withdrawal:

You must inform us of your complaints. The statement should be sent to info@blatand.se. In your message, your name, address, e-mail address, order number and goods for return must be clearly stated. You should return the products to us immediately and at the latest within 14 days after your withdrawal statement. You are responsible for return shipping, delivery and condition of the products upon return, the products should therefore be delivered well packed and in original packaging. On the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct a sum corresponding to the depreciation compared to the original value of the product for used or damaged product.

5.2 Withdrawal is not valid if:

Products that have been sealed because of health or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken.

Services that have been completed and where you explicitly consent to the service commencing without a right of withdrawal.

6. Reclaim and complaint

We inspect all products before sending them to you. If the product is still damaged or flexed when it arrives, we undertake to comply with the applicable consumer protection laws, free of charge.

You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective product.

The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been detected.



6.1 How to apply for reclaim

​Any errors and defects should always be reported to info@blatand.se where you enter your name, address, e-mail address, order number and description of the error.

If we cannot fix the error or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. We are responsible for the shipping at approved complaints.

We reserve the right to deny a reclaim if it appears that the product is not incorrect in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. In case of reclaims, we follow guidelines from the The National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), see www.arn.se.

7. Limitation of liability

We take no liability for indirect damages that may arise due to the product.

Events outside Blåtands control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that the Blåtand is released from Blåtand Shop’s obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.

Furthermore, no liability is taken for any changes to products / product features that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.

8. Product information

We reserve ourselves for any printing errors on this site as well as the final sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the display, photo quality and resolution. We always try to expose the products as accurately as possible.

9. Cookies

Blåtand Shop uses cookies according to the new Electronic Communications Act. A cookie is a small text file stored on your computer that contains information that helps the website to identify and track the visitor. Cookies do no harm to your computer, consist only of text, cannot contain viruses and occupies virtually no space on your hard drive. There are two types of cookies: "Session Cookies" and cookies that are saved permanently on your computer.

The first type of cookie commonly used is "Session Cookies". During the time you visit the website, our web server assigns your browser a unique identifier string so as not to confuse you with other visitors. A "Session Cookie" is never stored permanently on your computer and disappears when you close your browser. To use Blåtand Shop without troubles you need to have cookies enabled.

The second type of cookie saves a file permanently on your computer. This type of cookie is used to track how visitors move around on the website. This is only used to offer visitors better services and support. The text files can be deleted. On Blåtand Shop we use this type of cookie to keep track of your shopping cart and to keep statistics of our visitors. The information stored on your computer is only a unique number, without any connection to personal information

 

10. Personal data

We protect your personal privacy and do not collect more information than necessary to process your order. We do not sell or otherwise distribute your information to third parties without legal basis.

Blåtand AB is responsible for the processing of personal data that you provided to us as a customer. Your personal information is processed by us to handle your order and also in case you have requested newsletters or promotional offers - to customize marketing for your individual needs.

Below is a summary of how we store and process your data in accordance with the Data Protection Ordinance (GDPR).

10.2 What data do we store?

To handle your order and answer questions related to your order (customer service), we will store your first and last name, address, phone number, email address, IP address and purchase history.

Your information is stored as long as we have a legal basis to process your information, for example, to complete the agreement between us or to comply with a legal obligation, such as the accounting laws. ​

10.3 Legal basis

​When a purchase is made, your personal information is handled to fulfill the agreement with you.

Marketing, promotions and similar mailings will be made with the consent of you.

10.4.1 Payment provider
Upon completion of purchase, information is shared with our payment provider. What is stored is first name, last name, address, e-mail address and phone number. If you choose to pay with invoice, you will also be saved with your payment provider. The information is saved to complete the purchase and to protect the parties from fraud. The payment providers (payment services) we use are: Stripe Credit Card, PayPal.

 

10.4.2 Shipping companies
In order to deliver your orders and complete our agreement, we need to share specific information with the shipping company. What is shared with the shipping company is the first name, last name and address of delivery. E-mail address and / or mobile number may also be shared with the shipping company for notification services.
The shipping companies we work with are: DHL.

 

10.5 Right of access

​You have the right to extract the information we may have about you. Extracts are delivered electronically in a readable format.

10.6 Right of correction 
You are entitled to ask us to update incorrect information or to supplement information that is inadequate.

 

10.7 Right to be forgotten
You can at any time ask us to delete the information we have about you. There are few exceptions to the right to delete, such as if we are retained to fulfill a legal obligation (for example, according to the Accounting Act).

Blåtand AB is responsible for the storage and processing of personal data in the shop and ensures that the rules are followed.

 

10.9 How we protect your personal data

We use industry standards such as SSL / TLS and one-way hash algorithms to securely store, process and communicate sensitive information such as personal information and passwords.
Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. ​

 

11. Changes to the terms and conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time. Changes to the Terms and conditions will be published online on the site. The changed terms are considered accepted in connection with orders or visits to the site.

12. Dispute and choice of law
If dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with the company's customer service and customer, you can, as a customer, contact The National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), see arn.se. For accommodation in a EU country other than Sweden, complaints can be made online via the EU Commission's Dispute Settlement Platform, see http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr In case of dispute, we will follow a decision from ARN or the corresponding dispute resolution body. Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these general terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law and law.
